Specialist Marketing on a site by site basis can be arranged for those sites which are a little larger. If you have an e-commerce portal which transacts many transactions per month, you should consider talking to us about out-sourcing your marketing for the site. We can handle everything from banner placement, search engine submissions with optimization suggestions, keyword purchasing in paid for placement search engines and much, much more.
Web Maintenance
Again, this can either bought as part of a package with Web Design & promotion, or purchased later. Maintenance packages include monthly update (minimum, more by arrangement). Outdated content is a primary reason for losing rankings in the search engines/web directories. Without a committed approach to ensuring the relevance of data held on your web site, you will slip lower and lower, until your pages just aren't found any more. Maintenance goes hand in hand with Web Marketing and promotion.

Prepayment Maintenance:
We offer discounted hourly contracts for pre-paid maintenance. If you intend making small amounts of changes to your site every month (which is HIGHLY recommended for good search engine position), you can obtain pre-paid maintenance contracts from us to save you money. For instance, our 2 hour per month annual contract locks your hours in at $37.50 per hour for pre-payment - a saving of 50% over purchasing time by the hour!

Pricing Notes:
- Prices are not subject to sales tax in ANY STATE.
- 50% deposit payable in advance for Design services.
- Prices based on payment in full for software on at time of order.
- 100% deposit on all software licences, domain names, hosting, marketing and maintenance services.
- All balances will be billed immediately on completion and will be due upon receipt of our invoice.
- Our terms are 10 days net. Late payment will result in a 20% surcharge being applied.
- US versions can only be shipped to US postal addresses
- Do NOT order a US version unless you have a US postal address, as we charge a 10% admin fee to cover refunds on incorrect orders of geographic specific versions.
