Further to our announcement concerning the massive price hike by Yahoo! Small Business for domain renewal, we should perhaps have given you the knowledge of how to check which domain registrar is used for your domain (or any domain)
There are lots of ways to check your registrar, but one of the easiest is to use:
http://www.whois.sc
Open this page and enter your domain name - you will then be given a page full of information relating to your domain, it's registration, hosting, IP address space and lots of other information you didn't know or care about!
Use the search facility in your browser - and search for 'registrar' - this will give you the information you seek... which domain registrar is responsible for looking after your domain information - you might think that this would be Web Your Business Inc. - but we are NOT a registrar - we use eNom as our registrar.
If you see the word Yahoo in any way, shape or form - and there are several forms which it can take - such as "Yahoo! Business Services" - "Yahoo! Domain Services" and a more - then you will PROBABLY be in line for the $35 renewals. Call us or email us to be sure....
