Not all web sites are created equal - will YOUR SITE pass validation?

W3C Standards:  Every person has their own unique way of browsing the internet. Browsers, resolutions, Operating Systems - the list of variations is enormous. There are so many options out there, how do I get my webpage to look exactly like I want it for any situation?

If a web design company truly knows their craft, almost ANY design can be produced in compliant HTML - but it does require that your designer know HTML, not just how to drag and drop pictures around with their mouse!
 
A standards compliant web site may cost a little more - but the peace of mind that your site will appear when called up by soon to be released browsers is going to ensure you future business from your site when many around you are simply pulling their hair out wondering why their pages are broken!!
 
We encourage you to visit the web sites of other web site designers - then check their pages in the W3C Validator - I think you'll be surprised at how many errors and warnings you see. If you ever talk to some of these companies - ask them why their site generate dozens of errors when validated... watch their sheepish reaction, or wait for the explanation as to why the standards aren't workable.

If any web design company doesn't have a standards compliant web site - just how qualified are they?
 
Someone asked - "Aren't these standards new?" - a fair question - but the answer is:

No - these standards have been around a while - the HTML 4.01 standards were finalized in December 1999! - Almost 5 years later and most "Web Professionals" have never heard of them?
 
Why so many designers don't know about them, or simply ignore them is a complete mystery - but might have something to do with the perceived low barriers to entry into this business - ie, a PC, Internet connection and a web design software program?!!?  Right??

Wrong!  To do things PROPERLY, there's a lot more to it then simply throwing together some pages with a program!

If you want things done RIGHT then we suggest you hire a company that has been around for a good while, their CORE BUSINESS is web design, and above all - they should know their craft!
